Soumah Equilibrio Chardonnay sets the benchmark each year for Soumah Chardonnay. It is grown on the Hexham Vineyard at Gruyere in the Yarra Valley.

The wine is typically comprised of Mendoza clone Chardonnay. The juice is wild yeast fermented in barrels, around 25% new. Only the best barrels are chosen for blending to ensure the final wine is balanced.

Deep straw, Soumah Equilibrio Chardonnay is a generous wine with creamy oak, tight minerality and great length. Cellaring potential is seven years.
